Do Not Sell my Personal Information Policy

Our position, plainly
ActivoHub does not, and will not, sell your personal information to third parties.
We are telling you this before we tell you how to opt out, because for most people that is the whole answer.
Why this page exists
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Under those laws, "sale" and "sharing" are defined broadly. They can include disclosing information to advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioural advertising — even where no money changes hands. We use analytics and advertising tools that may fall within that definition, so we provide this opt-out regardless of our position above.
How to opt out
Email support@activohub.com with the subject line:
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your orders or account
- Your state of residence
We will action your request within 15 business days and confirm by email.
You can also limit tracking directly, at any time, without contacting us:
- Adjust your preferences in our cookie banner
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honour GPC signals automatically
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
Verification
We may need to confirm your identity before actioning a request — usually by verifying the email address associated with your orders. This exists to stop someone else making requests about your data. We will not ask for more information than is necessary.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Your other California rights
Alongside opting out, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share
- Access a copy of that information
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination — we will never charge you more, give you less, or degrade your service for exercising any of these rights

Other states
Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — have comparable opt-out rights. We apply the same process to all of them. Use the same email address and subject line.
Appeals
If we decline your request, we will tell you why. If you disagree, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will review and respond within 45 days.
California residents may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
