1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
This website, activohub.com ("ActivoHub", "we", "us"), is operated by Activohub LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Payment Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Using this site
You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malicious code
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or extract data, except as permitted by our
robots.txt - Infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
4. Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including full specifications and stated limits.
Colours may appear differently on different screens. Product images are representative.
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
Errors. If a product is listed with a materially incorrect price or description due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you first.
Availability. Listing a product is not a guarantee of stock. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not conclude the contract — the contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where there has been a pricing error, or where an order breaches these terms. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
6. Payment

7. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns and refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy. If you are in the EU or UK, that policy also sets out your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
9. Faulty or defective products
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right under our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos, page design and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
"Mammoth Empire" and "ActivoHub" and their associated logos are our marks. You may not use them without written permission.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written consent.
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business.
You confirm that the content is your own, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or not a genuine account of a real experience. We do not publish incentivised, fabricated or purchased reviews, and we do not edit reviews to change their substance.
12. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any product purchased through it will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The terms that govern your order are those in effect at the time you placed it.
Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
