Shipping policy

At Activohub, we are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. This offer is valid within the United States only. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are the details of our shipping policy.

Shipping and Delivery: We understand that you’re excited to receive your stylish purchases. Our shipping and delivery timeline aims to get your items to you as efficiently as possible. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 business days (U.S.) & 1-4 weeks (International) after it has been processed and handed over to our trusted courier, OSM & UPS.

  • Economy (U.S.)

Economy is the most cost-effective shipping method we offer. A combination of shipping services is used (based on destination) to ensure your packages are handled as efficiently as possible. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Transit time averages 2-8 business days within the contiguous United States.

**Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**

  • 2-Day Shipping (U.S.)

When selecting 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within two business days after production is complete. Delivery is performed Monday – Friday only. If your order finishes production on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be picked up by UPS on Monday & delivered on Wednesday.

Orders shipped with 2-Day shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

**As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS 2nd Day transit times are not guaranteed.**

Please note that if you select 2-Day shipping when your package’s destination is in a 2-day UPS Ground zone, the order will be shipped with UPS Ground. Please review the UPS Ground zone map for details about which locations are within 2-day Ground zones. Others may take 3-5transit days depends on location.

  • International Economy

Ship time ranges from 1-4 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI & the destination country’s policies related to international shipments in the wake of COVID-19. Due to the rapidly changing international shipping landscape as related to COVID-19, international transit times may be extended.

Order Tracking: Curious about the whereabouts of your order? Head to our "Track Order" page. You’ll find a straightforward and user-friendly interface where you can enter your order details and get real-time updates on the progress of your delivery.

Missing items: If you encounter an issue with missing items from your order, we’ve got you covered.

  • Incorrect Address: In the event of a missing item due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, please note that we ship to the address exactly as it’s entered during the checkout process. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you as intended. If the address is incorrect, it is not our fault, but we’re here to help resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.  
  • Courier Error: Send us an email at support@activohub.com, and we'll launch an investigation. If the item is confirmed missing as a result of courier’s action, we will make sure to rectify the situation. This may involve shipping out new items to replace items identified as missing.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Keep in mind, it might take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be active. You can also track it on our "Track Order" page.

For International orders, full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking will stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
