Before you check
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. That's normal — the label is created before the carrier picks it up.
Tracking stopped updating
For destinations outside our full-tracking list, updates stop once the parcel reaches your country's postal service. It's still moving — it just stops reporting.
If tracking has not updated for a while, email us and we will open a carrier investigation.
