Refund Procedure: You can expect to receive your refund in 3-5 business days after all investigations and conditions are met, following our policies.
Wrong Address: Unfortunately, if an order is made with an incorrect address, we are unable to process refunds. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
Order Cancellation Guidelines: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement only. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team promptly.
