Who we are
This website, activohub.com, is operated by Activohub LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Name and contact details — name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address
- Order information — what you bought, when, and the delivery address
- Communications — messages you send us by email or through our contact form, including any photographs you attach
- Marketing preferences — if you subscribe to our emails
- Reviews and photographs — if you choose to submit them
We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and never reach our servers. We receive only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded.

- Pages viewed, time on site, referring page

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate our business, and only for that purpose. We do not sell it.

International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Strictly necessary cookies — cart, checkout, security. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- Marketing cookies — advertising measurement and relevance.
Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — though strictly necessary cookies are required for checkout to work.

We delete or anonymise personal information once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.
How we protect it
- TLS (HTTPS) encryption across the entire site
- Card processing handled exclusively by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors — we never hold card numbers
- Access to customer data restricted to those who need it
- Platform infrastructure and security maintained by Shopify
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erase your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
- Complain to your local supervisory authority
As stated in our previous policy and reaffirmed here: information you provide is kept until either you ask us to delete it, or we stop using the data processor concerned.
If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

If you are in Brazil (LGPD)
You have rights of confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
How to exercise any of these rights
Email support@activohub.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may need to verify your identity first — usually by confirming the email address associated with your orders. This protects your data from someone else requesting it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Marketing
If you subscribe, we will email you about new products and offers. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also email support@activohub.com to be removed.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice.
