Will it fit an iPhone 16 Pro Max?
Yes — 16.3 cm against a 17.5 cm limit, with room for a case. Full phone chart on the product page.
Is it actually waterproof?
Rain-resistant, not submersible. It handles rain, road spray and sweat. It is not a dry bag. In heavy rain, keep the zipper end facing down.
Does it fit in a jersey pocket?
That is what it was sized for — 20 × 10 × 3.3 cm, 100 g. It sits flat in a rear pocket without bouncing.
How do I clean it?
Damp cloth, mild soap, air dry. No machine washing — it degrades the TPU coating.

How does shipping work?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. They are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping Policy
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you charge import duties?
No, but your country might. Duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us first and we will send instructions and the return address. Full policy
I am in the EU or UK — do I have extra rights?
Yes. A statutory 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the order, with standard outbound delivery refunded. That is in addition to our 30-day policy.
What does the 30-day return cover?
Anything, within 30 days of delivery — including a change of mind, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Faulty or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded regardless. Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and modification are not covered.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — processed by Stripe — plus PayPal and Google Pay. All prices in USD. Payment Policy
I do not recognise a charge on my statement.
Card payments appear as ACTIVOHUB. PayPal purchases appear with a PayPal prefix. Please contact us before disputing with your bank — we can identify the order and resolve it, as quickly as we can.
Is my card safe?
We never see or store your card number. Details go directly to a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor over an encrypted connection.
